🌸 Description 🌸

Here you have my own personalised Christmas gnome mug in tones of red, white and grey with the caption 'Have yourself a cosy little christmas'.

This would make the perfect gift for friends, family or even yourself!

All my mugs are drawn, designed and individually handpressed by myself in my little home studio. You are therefore getting a unique design from my store.

Designs are printed on both sides making these mugs perfect for both left and right handed people.

These mugs are roughly 9cm Tall and hold 10oz.

🌸 Care 🌸

I pride myself on using top quality products, using AAA quality mugs and printing with special inks. They are dishwasher safe, however I would recommend handwashing to preserve the life and quality of your item.

🌸 Shipping - UK orders 🌸

Your special mug will be shipped out using a smash proof card board box. I aim to ship within 1-3 days and offer a standard 2nd class delivery within the UK.

If you require an order more urgently you can pay to upgrade to 1st class or RM24 hour tracked delivery at the checkout.

Our Postal Workers are currently working really hard to keep up with the demand on delivery services but please be aware that they are advising customers of possible delays to their usual timescales and in more extreme cases it could take up to 10 working days for your parcel to arrive. Please bare this in mind when placing your order and if you do require something urgently contact me so I can advise and assist the best I can.

Shipping & Returns

Orders are made and sent within 1-3 working days.

You can select between either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 delivery service at the checkout.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is usually a 2-3 day delivery service.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 is usually a 1-2 day delivery service.

Please bare in mind that Royal Mail advises that these are not guaranteed timescales and at busier periods in the year, it may take up to 10 working days to deliver your parcel.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery however, please note we cannot accept returns on personalised items. Please see our returns policy for more detailed information.
