Shipping

How long does shipping take?

All orders will be made and shipped within 1-3 working days and sent via Royal mail tracked 48 service, unless upgraded at the checkout.

Royal Mail tracked 48 is a fully tracked delivery service that usually delivers parcels within 2-3 working days however, Royal Mail do advise this is not a guaranteed service and parcels may take up to 10 working days in busier periods.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the UK only via our website. However, international customers can purchase from us via our Etsy store over at www.beckileighstudios.etsy.com

How much is Shipping?

Shipping costs vary and depend on the size of your order and the service you select at the checkout but are inline with Royal Mail Prices.

We offer both a Tracked 48 service and a Tracked 24 service for you to choose from.

Shipping will be calculated for you at the checkout.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information which will enable you to follow your orders journey to your home. If for any reason, there are any issues with this, please do not hesitate to email us for help at Becki@beckileighstudios.com.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We accept returns up to 30 days from the date the item is delivered to you. Please contact us if you need to return an item and we can advise the next steps to do so.

Please note, we are unable to accept returns on personalised items.

How long does it take to process my return?

We will process a return within 24 hours of receiving the item back to us in an acceptable and re-sellable condition. Please note it may take several days for refunds to reach your bank account due to the banks own internal processes.

Yes! Every design is lovingly illustrated by Becki and printed onto high-quality products, from whimsical mugs and magical stationery to art prints and coasters.

Do you offer wholesale?

Absolutely! If you'd like to stock our whimsical gifts and stationery in your shop, please visit my Wholesale Page or apply via faire.

Do you have a physical shop?
