🌸 Description 🌸

Here you have my own Autumn mug design with the option of personalisation and the caption 'just a girl who loves Autumn'

This would make the perfect gift for friends, family or even yourself!

All my mugs are drawn, designed and individually handpressed by myself in my little home studio. You are therefore getting a unique design from my store.

Designs are printed on both sides making these mugs perfect for both left and right handed people.

🌸 Size 🌸

These mugs can be printed on either a standard white ceramic mug or an enamel camping style.

Standard Ceramic Mugs are roughly 9cm Tall and hold 10oz.

Enamel Camping Style Mugs are roughly 8cm Tall and hold 12oz.

🌸 Care 🌸

I pride myself on using top quality products, using quality mugs and printing with special inks. They are dishwasher safe, however I would recommend handwashing to preserve the life and quality of your item.

🌸 Shipping - UK orders 🌸

Your special mugs will be shipped out using smash proof card board boxes. I aim to ship within 1-3 days and offer a standard 2nd class delivery within the UK.

If you do require an order more urgently you can pay to upgrade to 1st class or Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed delivery at the checkout.

Our Postal Workers are currently working really hard to keep up with the demand on delivery services but please be aware that they are advising customers of possible delays to their usual timescales and in more extreme cases it could take up to 10 working days for your parcel to arrive. Please bare this in mind when placing your order and if you do require something urgently contact me so I can advise and assist the best I can.

Orders are made and sent within 1-3 working days.

You can select between either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 delivery service at the checkout.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is usually a 2-3 day delivery service.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 is usually a 1-2 day delivery service.

Please bare in mind that Royal Mail advises that these are not guaranteed timescales and at busier periods in the year, it may take up to 10 working days to deliver your parcel.
